"Bless he Lord, oh my soul"

Tonight we are with Joel on an icy and snowy Oklahoma evening. The Lord has kept Cindy and the children safe as they traveled back and forth. Joel's heart rate is strong at 97, and his blood pressure is good at 93/51. He is getting some nutrients for the first time since Wednesday afternoon and he is tolerating them well. His hemolgolobin level was over 10 this morning, which is a tremendous blessing.

We have seen some response to stimulus, he has had two bowel movments, and his hemoglobin count has gone back up. These things have been disregarded by the medical community, but we are happy for them nevertheless.

We respect the training of the doctors that we have had, we just believe that they are not infallible and that they are not God. We also know that their is a God in Israel for whom nothing is too difficult. Please know that we seek to bless those that oppose us according to Matthew 5:44 & 45. Please pray for all the doctors that they will be blessed with eyes to behold the heavenly Father, and with hands to do good.

We have contacted many other hospitals and have not had success. There is a possiblility that we may be able to take Joel home on the ventilator unless the Lord raises him up before that time. We are trusting that the Lord will fulfill his word in Joel's life. Please pray with us to stand strong for the Lord Jesus and for the sanctity of life.

Psalm 103: 1-3 'Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.'

Please pray that God will continue to sustain Joel and to raise him up. Also, pray for the family to have strength as we stand with Joel.

We are praying, and believing. I'm confident that if you were to take him home, God would raise him up, if He doesn't do it before. Hold strong in your faith. This is a tremendous opportunity for God to get the glory that He desires. He goes to an fro looking for those who would allow Him to show Himself strong. God will sustain all of you during this ordeal.

Was so elated when I read Joel's progress report. The Lord's hand is so strong on Joel. All things are possible with God. We will all be in prayer for Joel and your family. Your faith has touched us and has been a blessing. Just remember we are here for you.

May the Lord give you peace and rest, Susie Musick

Our house is rejoicing with you tonight and continuing to pray for healing. We pray also for the doctors that their eyes may be opened and they may repent and fear the Lord God.
