faith.....

I can fix some broken toys. I have sewed up stuffed animals. I have glued things back together. I have replaced special treasures lost. I have bandaged scraped knees. I have wiped smudged faced tears. I have rocked wearisome sick ones. I "helped" fix it!! I helped it to be better! That's when they were little. (and I'm still gladly doing that for ones here) But......I can't "fix" things when miles separate us. One of the easiest seasons of life is when they are all at home, even if there is tons of laundry, dirty dishes, dirty floors, ect. They grow up! They have heart hurts and I wanna fix it for them, but I can't.

Phone calls and texts are my limit!! Hey!!!!! BUT IT'S NOT!!!!! I can go to the throne of grace for them. Now is when they "learn" many things they
embraced at home.....faith. Faith to trust God will come through, faith to rest in His will, faith to believe God has perfect plans designed just for them, faith to pass through "seas" but on dry ground. I can't fix it, but HE can!

.......HE will!!!!

Let Faith Arise { Chris Tomlin}

Be still, there is a healer
His love is deeper than the sea
His mercy, it is unfailing
His arms are fortress for the weak

Let faith arise
Let faith arise

I lift my hands to believe again
You are my refuge, You are my strength
As I pour out my heart
These things, I remember
You are faithful, God, forever

Be still, there is a river
That flows from Calvary's tree
A fountain for the thirsty
Pure grace that washes over me

Let faith arise
Let faith arise

I lift my hands to believe again
You are my refuge, You are my strength
As I pour out my heart
These things, I remember
You are faithful, God, forever

I lift my hands to believe again
You are my refuge, You are my strength
As I pour out my heart
These things, I remember
You are faithful, God, forever

Let faith arise, let faith arise
Open my eyes, open my eyes
Let faith arise, let faith arise
Open my eyes, open my eyes

I lift my hands to believe again
You are my refuge, You are my strength
As I pour out my heart
These things, I remember
You are faithful, God, forever

And I lift my hands to believe again
You are my refuge, You are my strength
As I pour out my heart
These things, I remember
You are faithful, God
You are faithful, God, forever

Let faith arise
Let faith arise

.......pray, dream, live!!!!

Amen. Definitely easier when they are younger! No one warned me about all of the heartbreak as they got older.
