Our family has some disappointing news to share. Last Thursday I started showing some signs of possible miscarriage. Whenever I have had bleeding in the past it has resulted in a miscarriage. We have had two previous ones about 12 and 9 years ago. This one seems to be alot slower in progression. I saw our midwife yesterday and no heart beat was detected. She suggested getting an ultrasound, so I did that today. The ultrasound showed a gestational sack with a possible fetal pole (Barbara, the technician stated this) that measured 5 to 6 weeks. So the baby did not develope any further. At least now we know how to make our request known. Our prayer is that the Lord would expel everthing naturally. The midwife suggested waiting a week and drinking Red Rasberrry Tea. I really feel good besides some tiredness, and my heart is sad, but I am seeking to trust the Lord's ways. Thank you for your prayers I know you will offer up on our behalf. May the Lord bless you for being a blessing to our family.
I wonder what Joel thinks of his new brother or sister?

Cindy, I am so sorry. I understand the pain of losing a little unborn one, even if we've never met.
I am remembering our little one that was to be born next month, had he lived. I like to imagine all of these little ones playing together in heaven, with Jesus looking on, and smiling with joy.
I am hurting for you and will be praying.
Love,
Lindsay
I am so sorry for your loss. We are praying for you and yours.
I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I know the pain of miscarriages,as I too have had 3.
I wanted to let you know from your post that we will not get tired of your tears. They are healthy, they are needed, they are to be expected. I check your blog often to hear how you and your family are doing, quite often saying a prayer for you all that God will give you the strength to go on another day.
May God richly bless you today with His mercy and grace.
Love in Christ,
Sue
Cindy - My heart aches for you and the rest of the Morrises. Please know that you are in our prayers.
I'm sorry to hear of your news and I know how much your heart is hurting right now. I pray that your body will do what it is supposed to. It took my body about 3-4 weeks. Praying for your family.
Cindy,
I am so sorry. I will pray that Jesus will heal your broken heart. It is neat to think of Joel playing with his 3 siblings in heaven. I am thinking eternally more and more.
Love,
Cindy
Cindy,
I ache with you. I know the joy of expecting a new life, a gift from God and the pain of never getting to meet your dearly loved child.
I have been blessed greatly through your struggles and your joys from this past December. I haven't commented since Joel went to be with the Lord, but have been praying for you and your family and checking up on you.
I was thrilled to hear that you were expecting again! I rejoiced with you, and now I cry with you as well. Our God is so great and His ways are not ours, they are so much better! The Lord has not forgotten you or any of your precious children. I pray that He may give you peace and joy. That in your pain you will cry out to Him and He will comfort you and conform you to His precious son.
It is in our trials that we grow. In our weakness His strength is made perfect. Even though we have never met, I love you dearly and remember you in my prayers.

I am sorry for your loss, your family has always been in my prayers, and you will continue to be, I will say some special ones for you that you make it through these rough times and that your body heals. I hope you can find some comfort in knowing Joel know has a play mate up there in Heaven, and they are swinging on the tree of life together.
Oh, dear, that is hard! I am so sorry... You will and are in my prayers, and trust the Lord... He knows what's best for all of His children!
